Biotech tropicana Systems: A Global Partnership Framework.

Abstract:

Developing a high tech company to operate on a global scale requires specific partnership models different from those require for a locally operating company. The Biotech tropicana Systems are a biotech company designed to operate on a global scale. In about a decade, the company successfully reach out to high tech business environment on all continents of planet earth, and set the conditions to expanding its business activities to commercial space biotechnology. The deep sea commercial biotechnology program is construed as independent from the earth commercial biotechnology program.  Here, we discuss specific and innovative partnership features that explain the quick success of the Biotech tropicana Systems on the global technology market.

Background:

     By the early 1960s, the European settlers on African territories were chased out by African second world war veterans.  New independent African states emerged.  The Europeans reorganized fragments of their administrative  infrastructure into embassies and cooperation for development agencies and requested accreditations that were granted by the authorities of the new African states. The cooperation-government development model was born.  The model is classified in the Biotech tropicana Systems designed development models as P1 . The P1 model operates for almost half a century but failed to produce a single emerging economy. [x]

        At the dawn of the new millennium, new global development models emerges.; the United Nations millennium project and the United States millennium challenge account.  The new models criticized the P1 model for consuming over a trillion of dollars to produce negative development gains.  The millennium models favour private sector led development over the failed public sector led P1 development model.  [x]

        By late 2000, an African scientific panel and development experts and the diaspora developed and proposed a long tern sustainable development agenda to the African Union.  The adoption and implementation of the development agenda of the panel is reversing the negative development trends characteristic of many African countries to positive.  The Biotech tropicana systems innovated a private sector led model focused on science, technology, and innovation for development, aligned with the diaspora academics,  the P2 model. Our private sector cantered P2 model creates partnership windows aiming to reconcile the partisan’s of the public P1 and the experts of the new millennium development models. [x]

In a competitive global technology market, we successfully innovate, develop and implement an inclusive global partnership model accepted on all continents, not only as ‘African American’ but most importantly as ‘African-American’.

Our development models are built on simple principles proven powerful when implemented in combo packages.

In new millennium knowledge economy development models, brain becomes the most precious capital to stay clean in business.

  • A System approach

A systemic functional approach with independent but complementary units, grouped into a single system and ownership.  Attack on a single unit will trigger a coordinated counter attack from all units; a perfect system. Simple but extremely powerful principles that make the system ‘mobile’  and easily adaptable to any business environment on a planetary scale; and also a competitive advantage that makes the system  immune against domination with the use of force. Any attack by the use force will cause more damage to the attacker. Since its foundation in 2000, the system was subjected to numerous attacks. Not a single attack succeeded in altering the foundations and development capacity of the system.: demonstrating the power behind the scientific theories on which the founding principles are built.
