 Abstract:

For many decades many developing countries sought for development assistance in the form of AID for their development programs, (P1), Many P1 models registered negative to negligible development gains. Technological innovation in the private sector with a background support from the public sector proves to quickly unleash substantial development gains, (P2) AID. Here, we analyse the P1 and P2 for impact on all sector of life in a country, (P3).

Keywords: Development Assistance: Technological Innovation; Impact: Public: Private.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Background:

We previously discussed the P1, P2, and P3 models. [1,2,3]. Here we perform a simple, complexity free and, reader friendly analysis, using examples in daily life activities of community, and not scientific concepts that may not be meaningful to many.

Discussion:

Direct economic activities from a single unit of the multiple units Biotech tropicana Systems, an innovation oriented biotech company, can absorb the full pay load, public and private combined, of a small community in a developing country. Direct economic activities of one version of the Biotech tropicana,InCBOOK STORES can absorb the pay load, both public and private of the typical developing world community of Kandi, in Benin republic, paying double salary of what they are receiving without the  Biotech tropicana,InCBOOK STORES: including their major.

Analysis for Development Impact:

Products of the Biotech tropicana Systems, a for profit biotech company are designed primarily to make profits for the company. Yet consistent with  the pro life pro development policy 33 of the  Biotech tropicana Systems, implementation programs are designed to align with the development of the host countries. Here, development impact will depend on the results on the interplay with stakeholders involved in development programs. To contribute to development while protecting our own development interests the  Biotech tropicana Systems designed development frameworks that clearly assigned the responsibilities of all stakeholders involved.

The P1 model treats governments and their cooperation partners as one development body. Any success or failure to produce a positive development impact is incumbent to both, as a one P1 development body. Our internal policies do not permit us to get involve in internal affairs of other development bodies.

The P2 model is designed to operate through the private sector with products derived from technological innovation. The  Biotech tropicana Systems operate in the P2 model, in a knowledge driven economy. The   Biotech tropicana Systems are in the business of science, technology, and innovation. To protect its internal development interest, work in the  Biotech tropicana Systems is placed under the supervision of accredited and recognized international scientific committees. The Biotech tropicana Systems treat any unauthorized out of scientific committee supervisory activities as null amd null effect on any internal activity of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

The P3 model is a proprietary innovation of the Biotech tropicana Systems designed to quickly and specifically assign responsibilities on different stakeholders involved in a development program.
