In 2000, from the Atlanta Fulton County Public Library, through my home personal library, I initiate a war against extreme poverty in the developing world, using the powerful tools of science and technology. I will soon be joined by my closest associate, Venus YARI. The nucleus of our army received substantial support from unconcerned Myra YARI.

The war on poverty, in the developing world, must be fought in the developing world. As any war, you must be prepared to unplanned ambushes. Then, when circumstances forced us to take this war to the developed war, not in accordance with our plans, we have no choice than to adapt to the rules of the powerful nature, to pass the selection test, to evolve, and avoid extinction. We did exactly that. From the back of our simply umbeatable horse, the Biotech tropicana System, we fought this war from the busy Atlanta highways, to the remote villages of Africa, relying on our single deadliest weapon against poverty, science and technology.

With the first public announcement of our plans on poverty, the solo war on poverty quickly gains in factors, to escalate to multiple wars. The market war first adds on. The war of principles followed, to furhter escalate to a world war of nations, a new type of war in the 21st century. As explained below, we fought and won all the wars. Here, we must be honest, we secure unquestionable victory, but not without help from common good people and distinghished great leaders.

SMARThivTECHS won the technology war, for humanity, with small techs, for big solutions. We previously discussed the basis of the victory of the Biotech tropicana SMARTalternativeTECHS concept, underlined in three basic principles, adapatabilty, flexibility, and dynamism. [1 ;2 ;3]

The insight and vision of a great leader won the path of prosperity for humanity at the dawn of the new Millennium, in the United Nations Millennium Developmnt Goals (UN MDG) agreed upon by 189 head of states and governements.

«For there to be any hope of success in the fight against HIV/AIDS, the world must join together in a great global alliance…… In the war against H I V/A I D S, t h e re is no us and them, no developed and developing countrie s , no rich and poor —only a common enemy that knows no frontiers and threatens all peoples. But we must all remember that while HIV/AIDS affects both rich and poor, the poor are much more vulnerable to infection , and much less able to cope with the disease once infected. The leadership and commitment shown in this Declaration will give new strength and inspiration to the thousands of health-care workers, teachers and community leaders fighting this disease in the poorest area of the world, and to the millions suffering from its effects. They will now know the world is finally summoning the will_ and committing the resources_ to win this war for all humanity.”

Kofi A. Annan,
for the United Nations General Assembly June 2001 25-27 special session dedicated to HIV/AIDS .

We claim the findings of this great leader to be thruth, beyong the issues of HIV/AIDS, for all issues facing humanity today.

Point 8 of the United Nations 2001 Declaration on Commitment to HIV/AIDS stressed:

"Noting with grave concern that Africa, in particular sub-Saharan Africa, is currently the worst-affected region, where HIV/AIDS is considered a state of emergency which threatens development, social cohesion , political stability, food security and life expectancy and imposes a devastating economic burden, and that the dramatic situation on the continent needs urgent and exceptional national, regional and international action”.

Beyond all tactical delays from unfair and "dirty” competition, against the emergency state determined by the authority, the Biotech tropicana SMARThivPACK managed to meet the 2010 deadline and is now ready for implementation. The Biotech tropicana Systems therefore initiated the implementation process, and wins the race against time.

The insight and vision of a great leader won the path of prosperity for humanity at the dawn of the new Millennium, in the United States Millennium Challenge Corporation, by resolving the market share issues « for both rich and poor nations alike ».

« The advances of free markets and trade and democracy and rule of law have brought prosperity to an ever-widening circle of people in this world. When nations refuse to enact sound policies, progress against poverty is nearly impossible. In these situations, more aid money can actually be counterproductive, because it subsidizes bad policies, delays reform, and crowds out private investment. The world’s help must encourage developing countries to make the right choices for their own people, and these choices are plain. Good government is an essential condition of development. So the Millennium Challenge Account will reward nations that root out corruption, respect human rights, and adhere to the rule of law. Countries that live by these three broad standards — ruling justly, investing in their people, and encouraging economic freedom — will receive more aid from America. The evidence shows that where nations adopt sound policies, a dollar of foreign aid attracts $2 of private investment. And when development aid rewards reform and responsibility, it lifts almost four times as many people out of poverty, compared to the old approach of writing checks without regard to results. Today, I call for a new compact for global development, defined by new accountability for both rich and poor nations alike. »

The insight and vision of a great leader won the path of prosperity for humanity at the dawn of the second decade of the  new Millennium, in the « big hearted, hard headed » Global Development Policy, at the September 2010, United Nations General Assemby Summit on the Millennium Development Goals.

« In our global economy, progress in even the poorest countries can advance the prosperity and security of people far beyond their borders, including my fellow Americans.......... if the international community just keeps doing the same things the same way, we may make some modest progress here and there, but we will miss many development goals....... I saw it on the streets of Chicago, where I worked as a community organizer trying to build up underdeveloped neighborhoods in this country. It is hard work. But I know progress is possible...... That’s why in Ghana last year I called for a new approach to development that unleashes transformational change and allows more people to take control of their own destiny....... But the purpose of development -- what’s needed most right now -- is creating the conditions where assistance is no longer needed........ We will seek development that is sustainable......... we’re making it clear that we will partner with countries that are willing to take the lead..... Because the days when your development was dictated by foreign capitals must come to an end....... And today, I’m announcing our new U.S. Global Development Policy -- the first of its kind by an American administration. It’s rooted in America’s enduring commitment to the dignity and potential of every human being.....”

Guided by the scientfic wisdom of professor Jeffery D. Sachs and professor Calestous Juma, with the SMARThivTECHS, we demonstrate that, with good will and expression of owned potential, we can confront and overcome a global challenge. In our wiew, the SMARThivTECHS won the technology war for humanity, in the developing world, by providing the proof of concept of applicability of alternative technologies, for development.

All the wars are won, and the path for prosperity of humanity, are set. However, unless the poor aid recipients of the developing world, themselves, « change old ways » to take the leadership against extreme poverty, to free themselves from chronic dependency on international aid, from the lessons learned through our daily work in the developing world, we predict that extreme poverty has a long way to go.

In the Biotech tropicana Systems, our choice is clear, we will continue working with those that « take lead », while helping, the best we can, those who are struggling to « take the lead ».

Koffi Annan won the path for us. George BUSH won the market war for us. Obama won the nations war for us. SACHS and Juma, and the team of the United Nations Millennium Development Project, won the scientific war for us. It’s time time to move on, to business.

The Biotech tropicana Systems is « taking the lead » to win the business war in the SMARThvTECHS. «To unleash transformational change, we’re putting a new emphasis on the most powerful force the world has ever known for eradicating poverty and creating opportunity.......... The United States will focus our development efforts on countries like Tanzania that promote good governance and democracy; the rule of law and equal administration of justice.......... Because over the long run, democracy and economic growth go hand in hand......... When a young entrepreneur can’t start a new business, it stymies the creation of new jobs and markets in that entrepreneur’s country , but also in our own.” Said Obama.

We emphasize good governance and fairness, in the Biotech tropicana Systems.

« The days when your development was dictated by foreign capitals must come to an end”. Indeed, it does, in the Biotech tropicana Systems, as soon as the president concluded his speech. In the Biotech tropicana Systems, we "take the lead” to win by working to promote a development, that is sustainable.

I, Aboubakar YARI, Founder and CEO of the Biotech tropicana Systems, declare the market war, in SMARThivTECHS, CLOSED.”
