a) Biotech tropicana,Inc has decided to end negotiations with the government in a matter related to the collection of $ 20.000 USD debt. Negotiations were proven counterproductive. Biotech tropicana,Inc will definitively challenge the government in business court for the collection of the debt.
It is worth noting that the World Bank rated Benin Republic as among the most difficult places in the world to enforce a contract. To promote private business development and improve the ability of the judicial system to resolve claims, the BUSH administration injected some $ 34 million in the judicial system through a Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) project. Biotech tropicana,Inc announced the initiation of clinical trials of its SMARThivPack platform. The trials aimed to get the system ready for an official presentation to the United Nations in NewYork, USA by December 31st , 2010, the United Nations set deadline. The trials will be conducted in three phases:
Phase I: Simulations
The simulation phase will simulate structural reconstruction and functional applications of the SMARThivPack system in a simulated resource-poor setting. Phase I trial will start January 1st, 2010, at 8 AM Greenwich mean time.
Phase II: Prototype at Work
The phase II will test SMARThivPack prototype in a real medical enviromment, in a resource-poor setting. Phase II is set to start after completion of phase I.
Phase III: Products at Work
At completion of phase II, a first configuration of the SMARThivPack product will be established. The phase III will test that product in a real medical environment.
