Portugese is an eligible language  of the language pool of the department of languages of Biotech tropicana,IncEUCATIONAL.  English  is with French, two eligible foreign languages in which the language program of      Biotech tropicana,IncEUCATIONAL  has advanced capabilities. Therefore, the South African incubation site, an English cultural zone provides no additional language benefit.  SALAC, the SMART  African Language Commons is the official language of the Biotech tropicana Systems. In addition to the  opportunities for gains in Portugese language, Mozambique, an economic zone of the African Union is eligible for application of SALAC.
