The Kandi site of the SMARTccpENTREPRISES Project established.
On January 21, 2008, the local goverment of Kandi authorized community oriented activities of Biotech tropicana, Inc, in Kandi. SMARTccpENTREPRISES is a project incubated in Biotech tropicana,IncEXPLORER.
The Kandi team of the SMARTccpENTREPRISES comprised a site director, a technical coordinator, a management coordinator, and a security coordinator. Staff is hired per need as determined by the volume of site activities. Curriculum of team members, is under preparation for publication.
