Implementation phase of SMARTinnovationDEMO lunched
SMARTinnovationDEMO is a technology innovation promotion activity of the Biotech tropiana Systems, for the developing world. [1]
A pilot implementation phase of the SMARTinnovaionDEMO program is initiated in Benin Republic.
The implementation will be coordinated by the EXPLORER unit of the Biotech tropicana Systems. Some aspects of the implementation process may requier collaboration with local institutions.
We will contact any qualified institution when necessary. We urge unsollicited parties NOT to contact us, as collaboration with external institutions is subject to internal policies of the Biotech tropicana Systems. By internal internal policy, « Resources of Biotech tropicana Community or any other entity of the Biotech tropicana Systems SHALL NOT be used in any acivity that promotes poverty trap in short or long term ».
THEREFORE :
The rules below applied to all, without exception :
1) Any entity with a negative economic growth, as determined by designated authorities of the United Nations or the United States Millennium Challenge Corporation, IS NOT ELIGIBLE to collaborate with the Biotech tropicana Systems
2) However, we are willing to consider entities with at least a zero economic growth, for admission in our treshold program, for assistance to meet our collaboration standard
3) To save on our resources and applied them in a productive manner, we will not reply to unsollicited applications, found NOT to qualify
