Development Trend Score Board
Country: Developing Country
The Development Trend Score Board (SMARTdsb) is a sub program of the Biotech tropicana Systems Development Forum. SMARTdsb assigns a 3 points score on a specific development oriented activity operated by a development body. The 3 points scores is broken down into three development impact points on
- short term (1),
- medium term (1) and,
- long term (1)
development gains for a country. The gains may be negative for loss in development or positive for gains in development.
The SMARTdsb board is under development for application for all countries classified as “developing country” by the United Nations development index.
- (-0 to 4) A 0 or below to four score zone is classified as RED ZONE. A development body with a negative minus 10 points is immediately eligible for support for step down on date before end of mandate.
- (5) A 5 points score is classified AVERAGE
- (+6 to 10) A 5 to 10 points score id classified as BLUE ZONE. The development body with a positive 10 points development gain score is eligible for support for re-election consistent with applicable rules.
