Development Trend Score Board, (SMARTdsb) a sub program of the Biotech tropicana Systems Development Forum initiated. The SMARTdsb program will establish a development trend score board for all eligible developing countries. Exploration activities coordinated by Biotech tropicana, IncEXPLORER indicate that journalism as practiced in many developing countries when combined with activities of government control bodies, failed to prevent irreparable harms caused to development trends in developing many countries. Journalism will chant the glories of governments power and decry the failures of former governments. As soon as the governments chanted become former, the dame journalism who chanted their glory when in power, will decry the failures of the now former government. Other development control bodies evolved along that line. As a result of this negligence in government action control bodies in many developing countries, five years government terms are sufficient to cause harms to development trends that may require twenty years to fix at best, and irreparable harms at worst. The SMARTdsc development trend score board of the Biotech tropicana Systems aim to apply scientific journalism to warn of harms to development trends while the government causing the harm is still on power and has the opportunity to correct its mistakes, before irreparable harm is done to country development is done. Through accumulation of harms to development trends by successive governments, many developing countries work hard for half a century to produce negative development gains. We predict that when taken into consideration the Biotech tropicana Systems development trend score board will help many developing countries avoid the irreparable, and shift development scores from failing countries negative scores to emerging countries positive scores. Parameters considered in development trend score assignment include:
- Specific activity score
- Total score
- Actual score on date
- Score to support re-election
- Score to support step down before end of mandate
A development trend score board will be assigned to all major development bodies operating in developing countries, development groups such as the west African ecowas, integrated economic zones such as the African Union. For ease of access to data, the Benin republic will be used as model in developing a country development trend score board.
