Biotech tropicana Systems are a private Biotech company that operates through incubation of biotechnologies, in Kandi, Benin, African Union.
Scientific Authority:
Here the Biotech tropicana Systems aim to clarify some key aspects of scientific activities for technological innovation in the Biotech tropicana Systems:
- The Biotech tropicana Systems DO NOT accept exercise of scientific authorities on internal scientific activities of the Biotech tropicana Systems for holders of diplomas issued by CAMES accredited institutions.
Basis of exclusion of CAMES diploma holders:
Internal investigations conducted by the “brain hunter” program of Biotech tropicana,IncFORENSICS showed low level of scientific research in the CAMES accredited institutions: with research activities accounting for less than 20% of academic activities of the CAMES accredited Universities. Internal regulations of the Biotech tropicana Systems requires a minimum of 80% of academic activities be devoted to research. The Biotech tropicana Systems agree with Juma et al: in Innovation: Applying Knowledge In Development stating in part:
“Universities have immense potential to promote technological development. But most universities in developing countries are ill equipped to meet the challenge. Outdated curricula, undermotivated faculty, poor management, and a continuous struggle for funds have undermined the capacity of universities to play their roles as engines of community or regional development”.
