Abstract:

Most programs of the Biotech tropicana Systems are designed for implantation at community level. SATEC is designed for implementation at the continental level of the African Union, thereby taking the Small Techs, Big Solution concept, bigger. Another particularity of SATEC is its security implications; SATEC provides an opportunity to experiment and apply our foreign exclusion policy. Because SATEC will generate security sensitive data for Africa and Africans, no out of Africa foreigner SHALL be permitted to operate at any level in the SATEC program. Here, we discuss the policy and security implications of our SATEC platform.
