Short Communication:

SALAC, stands for the SMART African Language Commons.

SALAC-V1, or version 1 of SALAC is a DEMO version of SALAC that applied SALAC to one of many African languages: the African language of the authors and owners of SALAC.

SALAC-SALAC, is an independent component of the SALAC package that contains the translation principles from SALAC  to other languages.

SALAC, the SMART African Language Commons was previously described.  [1] SALAC is a proprietary language innovated by the Biotech tropicana Systems for its business need in Africa. SALAC was designed applying proprietary principles made in the Biotech tropicana Systems. As of the date of this publication the design priciples of SALAC have not been released. The authors and owners of SALAC will release the design principles on the date of expiration of the patent on SALAC, as part of their contribution to the advancement of sciences.

NOTE:

SALAC is the official language of the Biotech tropicana Systems, an innovation oriented private Biotech company. The Biotech tropicana Systems operate multiple units on global scale from Kandi, Benin, African Union.
