SMART African Stock Exchange Portfolio: SASEP.
A System framework.
SHORT COMMUNICATION
We design a stock exchange platform model adapted to the resources and expertise of the developing world: SASEP. Our model assumes a democratic political environment with functioning and independent public, judiciary, and private sectors. SASEP is designed using the 54 states African union economy as a business environment model. Components are added to make the platform extensible to other economic regions of the developing world, including Asia, Americas, and Oceania. SASEP assumed a federal reserve centralized in a federal treasury, where all AU citizens and eligible institutions pay income tax and sale tax. We exclude official development assistance from the federal reserve model. Business transactions are performed using a single currency, Afro.
SASEP is a private platform designed for internal use of the Biotech tropicana Systems. The capacity of the platform is deliberately increased to accommodate trading needs of eligible foreign institutions.
Design of a computer simulation model of SASEP is in progress, in the Biotech tropicana Systems.
